摘    要:本文用DPH荧光探剂标记线粒体膜和荧光偏振技术,对正常615小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞和脾细胞的线粒体膜及其L_(7811)白血病鼠腹水细胞和脾细胞的线粒体膜流动性进行测定。结果表明,L_(7811)白血病鼠腹水细胞及其脾细胞的线粒体膜的荧光偏振度比正常小鼠明显降低,微粘度降低,而流动性增大。

Abstract:Fluidity of mitochondria membrane lipid of cells isolated from thymus and spleen of normal 615 mice, L_(7811) cells and spleen cells isolated from the mice vaccinated L_(7811) cells were detected. The degree of fluidity of membrane was monitored by fluorescence polarization analysis using probe DPH to label the mitochondria membrane. The results showed that L_(7811) leukemia cells and the spleen cells from the mice vaccinated L_(7811) cells exhibited lower degree of fluorescence polarization and the microviscosity and higher degree of fluidity in the mitochondria membrane than cells from normal mice.
