全身预防性应用抗生素对会阴侧切术切口的影响

目的探讨全身预防性应用抗生素对正常分娩会阴侧切术切口的影响.方法将我站2005年至2007年术前无感染征象正常分娩行会阴侧切术300例产妇,随机分为治疗组各对照组150例;对照组常规会阴切开及缝合,治疗组手术当日加用抗生素.比较两组会阴术后切口感染,切口愈合情况,术后住院日.结果切口感染发生率为3.3%,两组会阴术后切口感染,切口愈合情况,术后住院日差异不显著。结论正常分娩产妇会阴侧切术预防性应用抗生素对切口疗效不显著,关键是良好的手术技术及严格的无菌操作技术.

The Effects of Systemic Application of Antibiotic on the Lateral Perineal Incision During the Normal Parturition

Objective To investigate the effects of systemic application of antibiotic on the lateral perineal incision during the normal parturition.Methods 300 cases without infection before lateral perineal incision from October 2005 to September 2007 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group,150 cases,and the therapy group,150 cases with therapy of antibiotic.We compared the infection and healing of incision,and days in hospital after operation between the two groups.Results No significant differerce was found between the two groups in the infection rate,3.3%,healing of incision and days in hosptal.Conclusion Preventive application of antibiotic don' t play a significant role on the lateral perineal incision during the normal parturition.
