癫痫患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的测定及其意义

摘    要:目的 探讨癫痫患儿癫痫发作后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的改变。方法 采用酶联免疫法对27 例癫痫患儿发作后72 h内血清NSE进行测定,并与对照组进行对照。结果 癫痫组血清NSE含量在发作后明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 癫痫发作导致神经元损伤。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of neuron specific enolase(NSE) in epileptic children after seizure.Methods The levels of serum NSE in 27 patients within 72 hours after seizure were measured by enzyme-linked immunosandwich assay.Results The levels of serum NSE in the epileptic patients were much higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion NSE in serum could reach higher levels after seizure ,suggesting that neuronal damage may result from seizure.
