肝肾联合移植术的手术配合与护理

目的探讨肝肾联合移植手术的护理方法、要点及效果。方法回顾性分析2001年1月-2007年5月21例肝肾联合移植手术期间的护理，总结术中的护理特点、出入量的管理和药物的使用情况等。结果手术成功率100％，围手术期手术成活率95．3％（20／21），术中护理得当，无任何护理缺陷，手术总耗时平均8．6h，无肝期时间平均为59min，失血量平均达3150ml。结论充分的术前准备，术中熟练的配合，保持体温的稳定，及时准确应用各类药物和恰当的输液输血，是提高手术效率及保证手术顺利进行的重要措施。

Nursing care of combined liver and kidney transplantation

Objective To study the perioperative nursing measures, it＇s keypoints and effect in combined liver and kidney transplantation. Methods To review the experience of nursing 21 patients unergoing combined liver and kidney transplantation in our hospital from 2001 to 2007 and summarize the nursing characteristics, management of fluid balance, and administration of drugs during the operation.Results Success rate of operation was 100%, perioperative survival rate was 95.23% （20/21）. All the nursing measures during the course of operation were considered appropriate. There were no nursing defect. The mean time of operation was 8.6 h, and that of ahepatic phase was 59 min. The average blood loss was 3 150 ml. Conclusion The key points of nursing patients undergoing combined liver and kid-ney transplantation include sufficient preoperative nursing preparation, close and skillful cooperation, maintenance of steady homoiothermism during the operation, proper administration of drugs, and prompt blood transfusion as well as fluid infusion.
