新时期军区医院建设发展面临着新形势与新任务,既有良好的政治经济形势、加入WTO后的发展机会、良好的组织领导基础等条件,又有人世后竞争加剧、医药卫生体制改革冲击及军事斗争卫勒准备的考验。加速军区医院发展,必须把撞正确的工作导向,着眼“保打赢”,立足“保健康”,改革创新促发展;要确立学科的发展方向,扶持重点学科,发展领先技术,强化人才队伍建设,规范管理,要完善运行机制,优化服务模式和用人机制,推进后勤保障社会化;要加大指导力度,营造发展环境,制定发展战略,严格准入制度,加强科技协作。

Challenge and Countermeasure in Development of Military Area Command Hospitals in New Era

Hospitals in military area command faced new situation and missions during development and construction, which includes favorable political and economic situation, developing chances after entering WTO, fine basis of organization and leading, severe competition after entering WTO, impulse of medical system reform and trial of war preparedness. Taking measures as in accordance with right guidance of work, having "guaranteeing winning" in mind, taking "protecting health" as basis, reforming and innovation; establishing developing orientation of subject, supporting main subject, advancing head technology, strengthening construction on personnel, standardizing management; improving running mechanism, optimizing serving mode and way of employing personnel, advancing socialization of logistic support; strengthening guidance, establishing circumstance of development, setting up strategy of development, strict in admittance system, strengthening cooperation in science and tech to speed up development of hospital in area command.
