循证医学中经济学与伦理学相关性思辩

医学技术与临床研究的发展进步，给疾病诊疗带来了丰富手段，减轻了患者痛苦，提高了生命健康质量。但经验医学强调技术手段的利用，忽视了最终为患者服务的目的，使医学偏离了最初的普遍有效性，导致自身扭曲，使其全面发展受阻。而循证医学在强调诊疗疾病应收集足够证据并重视临床经验的同时，明确提出对临床诊疗、试验所涉及的经济、伦理价值观也必须给予同等的关注。因此循证医学实践模式的兴起，本质是医学“人性化”的回归，是控制技术负效应手段中最关键的—环。

The Consideration on the Relativity between Health Economics and Ethnics in Evidence -based Medicine

The development of medical techniques and clinical study had brought many methods for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and had reduced the pain of patients and increased the quality of their lives. But experiential medicine placed emphasis on the application of technology and neglected the ultimate aim of serving to patients, which made medicine has deviated its original universal validity,and led to its self-distortion,and has hindered its full development. While evidence-based medicine put emphases both on gathering the enough evidences for diagnosis and treatment of diseases based on clinical experiences, it also definitely put forward that the economical and ethical views relevant to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases should be paid equal attentions. Thus the rise of evidence-based medicine is naturally the return of humanistic medicine,and it is the most important link of measures to control the negative effects of techniques.
