| 摘 要： | 目的:对不同厂家不同批次的雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片进行释放度研究,为其质量控制提供依据.方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行释放量测定,采用SPSS13.0对测定结果进行分析.结果:四批次雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片在45min的释放量均超过标示量70%,不同药厂或同一药厂不同批次的雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片的质量存在显著差异(P<0.01).结论:体外释放度作为药品质量控制的指标之一,可为临床合理用药提供依据.
