| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经不同营养途径在腹部大手术后肠内营养的安全性。方法收集本科2002年12月～2005年10月70例腹部大手术患者为研究对象,通过3种途径置入肠内营养。结果三种途径均增加了病人的置管耐受力,减少了恶心呕吐及肺部感染等并发症。结论三种途径均是可行的,不同时机肠内营养能够显著改善腹部大手术患者的营养状况,保障肠粘膜屏障功能的稳定性,避免严重并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the security of enteral nutrition through different pathways after abdominal operation.Method 70 Patients after abdominal operation collected from December 2002 to October 2005 in our department were investigated,among them 40 cases with upper gastrointestinal tumor;15 cases carcinoma of large intestine;8 cases severe pancreatitis;7 cases fistulae of stoma and gastroplegia.Result The three kinds of nutritional approaches can increase the tolerance of putting a tube and decrease the complications of nausea,vomiting and pulmonary infection.Conclusion The three kinds of nutritional pathways is feasible,in different time the enteral nutrition can improve the patient's nutritional status significantly,ensure the stability of intestinal mucosal barrier,evade the serious complications. |
