中西医结合对高血压病的认识浅析

高血压病是一种常见的心血管疾病,中医将其归为"眩晕"头痛"范畴。中医认为情志失调伤肝,可出现肝阳上亢高血压。先天不足或生活失节致肾阴虚,出现阴虚阳亢高血压。忧思劳倦伤脾或劳心过度,心脾受损,致痰浊上扰,土壅木郁,肝失条达而成高血压;或脾阴不足,血失濡养,肺失肃降,肝气横逆而发高血压。其病机要点为虚、火、风、痰、气、瘀等六个方面。治疗时要分清病邪性质、脏腑虚实,证候之间的兼夹转化才能更好的指导临床辨证用药。
