论医疗纠纷中对医方的法律保护

当前，医疗纠纷已成为人们关注的一大社会热点问题，社会各佃往往只强调对患方利益的保护，却忽视了对医方合法权益的保护。因此，阐述了实践中发生的各种侵害医方合法权益的行为，以及应采取的相应的法律保护措施，并提出发生医疗纠纷后医方应注意的几个问题。
