幽门螺杆菌感染与酒渣鼻发病的相关性研究

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染对酒渣鼻发病的影响并评价幽门螺杆菌(HP)根治治疗对酒渣鼻病人的治疗作用。方法对56例酒渣鼻病人及20例无酒渣鼻的皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者进行HP检测,酒渣鼻组HP阳性者随机分为A、B两组,A组用幽门螺杆菌根除治疗,B组用维生素B2、B6治疗,停药4周后观察酒渣鼻的疗效,HP阴性者用1%甲硝唑霜(耐瑞)治疗。结果56例酒渣鼻病人HP检出率为76.8%,显著高于对照组检出率45.0%(P<0.05);HP根治疗法对酒渣鼻的总有效率为63.6%,而维生素B疗法的总有效率为14.3%;1%甲硝唑霜治疗酒渣鼻的总有效率为69.3%。结论提示HP感染对酒渣鼻的发生发展起一定的作用,HP根治治疗对酒渣鼻有效,但HP根治治疗能否作为酒渣鼻的常规治疗尚待进一步研究。

Correlation of Helicobacter Pylori Infection with Human Rosacea

Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter Pylori(HP) and rosacea and to assess the effect of Helicobacter Pylori eradication in treatment of rosacea.Methods Helicobacter Pylori was detected in 56 patients with rosacea and 20 controls.HP positive patients with rosacea were divided into two groups randomly.Group A received Helicobacter Pylori eradication therapy,while group B received vitamin B2 and B6 therapy.HP negative patients received metronizole 1% cream.Results HP infectious rates of rosacea and non-rosacea patients were 76.8% and 45.0% respectively.These two groups were statistically significant.The effective rates of HP eradication therapy and vitamin B therapy were 63.6% and 14.3% respectively.These two therapies were statistically significant too.The effective rate of metronizole 1% cream therapy was 69.3%.Conclusion HP plays a role in the occurrence and development of rosacea.HP eradication is effective in treatment of rosacea,but it is not definite that HP eradication therapy is a routine way in treatment of rosacea.
