超声引导快速自动活检技术在胸部疾病介入性诊断中的应用

目的 探讨自制B超穿刺导向器引导下快速自动活检技术在胸部疾病介入性诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 对38例经X线、CT或MRI证实有肺、胸壁或纵隔占位性病变且不能确诊的患者行自制B超穿刺导向器引导下的快速自动活检。结果 38例患者全部穿刺成功，取材满意，取材阳性率100％。36例有明确的病理结果，病理阳性率94．7％。其中纵隔病变5例，胸壁伴纵隔病变1例，肺部病变32例。结论 自制B超穿刺导向器引导下的快速自动活检所取组织能够充分满足病理切片需要，病理确诊阳性率高，无严重并发症，能够为临床提供可靠的诊断治疗依据。

Application of Ultrasound Guided Auto Biopsy Technology in Interventional Diagnosis of Chest Disease

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound guided auto biopsy technology in interventional diagnosis of chest disease. Methods Thirty-eight cases of lung, chest wall or mediastinum diseases proved by X-ray, CT or MRI were biopsed under the guidance of ultrasound, the guiding device was made by ourselves. Results All the 38 cases were biopsed successfully. Positivity rate of select material was 100%, 36 cases of them had definite pathological results, the pathological positivity rate was 94.7%. Five of them were from mediastinum, 1 from chest wall and mediastinum, 32 from lung. Conclusion Tissues obtained from ultrasound guided auto biopsy were adequate to pathological slide. The positivity rate of pathological diagnosis was high and no serious complication happened. It could provide a faithful basis for clinical diagnosis.
