| 摘 要： | 对70例肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液患者随机分成联合组、化疗组,每组35例,均采用胸腔放置引流管放净胸水。联合组胸腔内每次注入鸦胆子油乳剂80￣100ml,顺铂20￣30mg/m2,化疗组胸腔内注入顺铂20￣30mg/m2,5￣7天1次,最多4次为1个疗程,1个月后观察疗效和毒副反应。联合组较化疗组近期疗效、生活质量明显提高(P<0.05),联合组毒副反应较化疗组低。

| Abstract: | Seventy cases with pleural effusion of lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups: combined group (35 cases) and chemotherapy group (35 cases). All cases were drained pleural effusion by tube in thorax: brucea javanica oil emulsion (80~100ml) and cisplatin (20~30mg/m2) in combined group, cisplatin (20~30mg/m2) in chemotherapy group, once every 5~7 days (4 times for a course of treatment). The effect and toxicity were observed after one month. The short-term effect and quality of life in combined group were superior to in chemotherapy group (P<0.05) and combined group had less toxicity than chemotherapy group. |
