吡嘧司特钾片治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

目的：观察吡嘧司特钾片治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效.方法：60例过敏性鼻炎患者根据就诊次序随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服吡嘧司特钾片,5 mg,bid;对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪片,10 mg,qd,连续用药2周后进行疗效评定.结果：2组治疗后症状总积分分别为（0.13±0.22）和（0.55±0.41）,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组不良反应发生率分别为18.9%、19.1%,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：吡嘧司特钾片治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应.

Efficacy And Safety of Pemirolast Potassium Tablets in the Treating Allergic Rhinitis

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of pemirolast potassium tablets on allergic rhinitis. Method： Sixty patients with Allergic rhinitis were divided into experimental group and control group in random, experimental group of 30 cases were used Pemirolast Potassium Tablets 5 mg three times one day while control group were used Cetirizine Hydroehloride Tablets 10 mg once a clay,And medication lasts two weeks. Result： The total symptom score in experimental group and control group were 0. 13 ±0. 22 and 0. 55 ± 0. 41 after treatment, that of the later was higher than that of the former statisticalled（ P 〈 0.05 ） The incidence of adverse drug reaction in experimental group was 18. 7% ,that of control group was 19.1%. The two groups were not significantly different （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： There were remarkable therapeutic effects and no serious adverse reaction of pemirolast potassium tablets on allergic rhinitis.
