| 摘 要： | 目的评价咪唑斯汀与氯雷他定治疗皮炎湿疹的临床疗效。方法随机分为两组,咪唑斯汀68例,10mg/次,氯雷他定组50例,10mg/次,每天1次。结果咪唑斯汀治疗急慢性湿疹和异位性皮炎3周总有效率为90.7%,氯雷他定组3周总有效率为60%,两组间具有显著性差异(P<0.01);咪唑斯汀与氯雷他定对接触性皮炎的1周总有效率为100%,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论咪唑斯汀是治疗急慢性湿疹、接触性皮炎和异位性皮炎等过敏性疾病的理想药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Mizolastine(M) and Loratadine(L) on treating acute and chronic eczema, contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis. Methods The patients were divided into the following 2 groups with 68 and 50 subjects respectively: Mizolastine(M) group (10mg q.d) and Loraatadine (L) group (10 mg q.d.). Results As for the patients with acute and chronic eczema and atopic dermatitis patients, the total effective rate was signifieantly better in the M group (90.7%) than in the L group (60%) in 3 weeks (P<0.01). As for the patients with contact dermatitis, the total effective rate had no difference in the two groups in 1 week (P>0.05). Conclusion Mizolastine is an effective and ideal antihistaminic on treating acute and chronic eczema, contact dematitis and atopic dermatitis. |
