| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人心肌致密化不全（noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium，NVM）临床特点．以提高认识减少误诊和漏诊．方法回顾性分析15例NVM患者的临床表现及相关检查的结果．结果15例患者均以心功能不全为主要表现，彩色超声心动图均可见典型改变．结论成人心肌致密化不全的临床表现和心电图无特异性，类似扩张性心肌病，超声心动图具有确诊的价值．

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinic characteristics and experience of the noncompaction of ventricular myocardium in adults,to decrease misdiagnosis,and achieve early prevention and treatment.Method Clinic manifestions and related upshot of test of 15 cases with noncompaction of ventricular myocardium were analyzed retrospectively.Result Cardiac failure and arrhythmia were main manifestations of 11patients,and typical changes were found in ultrasonic cardiogram.Conclusion There is no specificity in clinic manifes... |
