| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医护患一体化模式应用于护理查房的效果。方法将医护患一体化服务模式应用于护理查房，采用问卷调查和抽查的形式对其结果进行评价，收集资料并进行统计处理。结果医护患一体化模式应用于护理查房后，患者满意度、疾病认知程度，护士病情知晓率、健康教育执行率，医生对护理工作的满意度及医护配合程度均较前有显著上升，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论医护患一体化护理查房能有效提高患者疾病认知程度及满意度，提高护士病情知晓率及健康教育执行率，提高医生对护理工作满意度，减少医患纠纷的发生，提高护理质量。
