蒙药诃子药理作用研究

诃子为使君子科植物诃子或绒毛诃子的干燥成熟果实,常应用在藏医、蒙医中,是蒙药中应用比例最大、功用最广泛的药物,被称之为“蒙药之王”。现代药理学研究证明诃子具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、解草乌毒、抑制胃肠道、促进血管新生以及保护脑和肝脏等作用。本文拟对近10年来有关诃子的药理作用研究进展作一综述,为临床科学合理用药提供参考,为进一步研究与开发奠定基础。

Study on the pharmacological action of Terminalia chebula

Terminalia chebula is the dried and mature fruit of Terminalia chebula Retz.or Terminalia chebula Retz.var.tomentella Kurt,which is often used in Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine.It is the most widely used in Mongolian medicine and is called"the king of Mongolian medicine".Modern pharmacology studies have proved that Terminalia chebula has the functions of antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,detoxification,inhibition of gastrointestinal tract,protection of brain,promotion of angiogenesis and liver protection.In this paper,we will review the new research progress of the pharmacological action of Terminalia chebula in the past 10 years,provide reference for its clinical scientific and rational use of drugs,and lay a foundation for its further research and development.
