珍宝丸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

目的:观察珍宝丸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年10月60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,治疗组采用珍宝丸联合甲钴胺治疗,疗程45 d。观察治疗前后腓总神经、胫神经、正中神经的传导速度,TCSS评分和蒙医症候评分,治疗总有效率。结果:治疗组神经传导速度、TCSS评分和蒙医症候评分及临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:珍宝丸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有确切的疗效。

Clinical study of Zhenbao pill combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhenbao pill combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral mecobalamin,and the treatment group was treated with Zhenbao pill combined with mecobalamin for 45 days.The changes of conduction velocity of peroneal nerve,tibial nerve and median nerve,TCSS score,symptom score of Mongolian medicine and total effective rate before and after treatment were observed.Results:The nerve conduction velocity,TCSS score,Mongolian medicine symptom score and clinical efficacy of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Zhenbao pill combined with mecobalamin has definite curative effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
