人参、鹿茸水提物配伍前后对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的影响

目的研究人参、鹿茸水提物(GA、PA)配伍前后对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的影响。方法通过腹腔注射150 mg/(kg·d)D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型,同时以100 mg/(kg·d)的GA、PA、人参和鹿茸水提物配伍(GPA)灌胃。42 d后,采用试剂盒测定小鼠血清、肝、脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)的水平;同时苏木素-伊红染色观察肝、脑组织。结果GPA能极显著提高衰老模型小鼠血清、肝、脑组织中SOD、CAT和GSH的含量(P<0.01),极显著降低MDA的含量(P<0.01)。组织切片显示,与模型组组相比,GA、PA、GPA对衰老小鼠肝、脑组织具有保护作用,且GPA效果最佳。结论GPA具有明显的抗衰老作用,且要优于GA、PA。

Effects of compatible or single application of aqueous extract of ginseng and aqueous extract of sika deer antler on D-galactose-inducing aging mice

Objective To study the effects of compatible or single application of aqueous extract of ginseng and aqueous extract of sika deer antler on D-galactose-inducing aging mice.Methods Aging mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 150 mg/(kg·d)D-galactose,with 100 mg/(kg·d)aqueous extract of ginseng(GA),aqueous extract of sika deer antler(PA),and aqueous extract of ginseng and sika deer antler compatibility(GPA).42 days later,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and glutathione(GSH),and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum,liver and brain were measured by using commercial reagent kits.The liver and brain tissues were observed by HE staining.Results The compatibility of aqueous extract of ginseng and sika deer antler significantly increased the levels of SOD,CAT,and GSH in serum,liver and brain tissues of aging model mice(P<0.01),and significantly decreased the levels of MDA(P<0.01).Tissue sections showed that the GPA group had the best protective effect on liver and brain damage in mice,compared with the GA group and the PA group.Conclusions The compatibility of aqueous extract of ginseng and sika deer antler has obvious anti-aging effect,which is better than aqueous extract of ginseng and aqueous extract of sika deer antler.
