蒙药贴敷配合温针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

目的:评价蒙药贴敷配合温针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年1—5月在我院就诊的80例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组选择蒙药贴敷配合温针疗法治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗后膝关节功能优良率为77.50%(31/40),对照组为62.50%(25/40);治疗后按照VAS疼痛评分表进行评分,观察组膝关节疼痛评分为(2.20±0.06)分,对照组为(4.60±0.02)分。结论:蒙药贴敷配合温针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有明显的疗效。

Clinical observation on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Mongolian medicine and warm acupuncture

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine application combined with warm acupuncture therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were randomly selected to participate in the study.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received conventional western medicine,while the observation group received Mongolian medicine combined with warm needle therapy,and the results of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The rate of good and excellent knee function was 77.50%(31/40)in the observation group and 62.50%(25/40)in the control group.After treatment,scores were given according to VAS pain scale.The scores of knee pain in the observation group were(2.20±0.06)points,and(4.60±0.02)points in the control group.Conclusion:Mongolian medicine application combined with warm needle therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis.
