新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下老年脑梗死患者的二级预防

脑梗死是脑卒中最常见的类型,发病率、死亡率、致残率和复发率都较高。老年脑梗死患者则具有生活自理困难、认知功能障碍、家属陪护较多、医疗干预措施多、护理及康复时限长等特点。2019年12月底我国爆发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控形势目前仍然很严峻,因此疫情期间老年脑梗死患者二级预防策略的调整对患者很重要。本文中从防护、就医、复诊、合并症与并发症管理等方面进行了阐述,以供临床医师参考。

Secondary prevention for elderly patients with cerebral infarction under outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019

Cerebral infarction is the most common type of stroke, and is of high incidence rate, mortality rate, disability rate and recurrence rate. Elderly patients with cerebral infarction are characterized by difficulty in self-care, cognitive dysfunction, needing more family caregivers, more medical intervention measures, and longer time for nursing and rehabilitation. In late December 2019, a pulmonary epidemic caused by 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) broke out in China, and until now, the situation is still very serious in its prevention and control. Therefore, it is of great importance to make adjustments to secondary prevention strategy for the elderly patients with cerebral infarction. This paper elucidates the adjustments in the aspects of the protection, seeking medical advice, follow-up, management of complications, and so on, in order to provide reference for clinicians.
