土家药木瓜产地趁鲜切制及炮制规范研究

摘    要:目的:采用传统方法和鲜切方法对土家族常用药材木瓜进行加工,探讨鲜切木瓜片的可行性,并研究鲜切片的质量,为改进木瓜加工方法和当地民族药材管理提供依据。方法:参照2015年版《中国药典》木瓜饮片项下鉴别、检查、浸出物及含量测定方法,比较传统木瓜片与鲜切木瓜片的质量。并采用HPLC建立鲜切木瓜片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。结果:鲜切木瓜片各检查项和浸出物均符合2015年版《中国药典》要求,齐墩果酸、熊果酸和绿原酸含量均高于传统木瓜饮片。结论:鲜切木瓜片质量优于传统木瓜片,木瓜产地加工与炮制生产一体化具有可行性,可为民族药材木瓜制定适合当地生产与加工炮制的质量标准提供依据。

Abstract:Objective:The traditional method and fresh-cut method were used to process the C.speciose,which is commonly used in the Tujia nationality,to explore the feasibility of fresh-cut C.speciose tablets,and to study the quality of fresh slices,Provide a basis for improving the processing of C.speciose and the standardized management of local ethnic medicines.Method:The quality of traditional C.speciose slices and fresh-cut C.speciose slices were compared with the identification,inspection and content determination of the 2015 edition of the Pharmacopoeia.HPLC was used to establish the determination method of chlorogenic acid in fresh-cut C.speciose slices.Results:The inspection items and extracts of freshcut C.speciose slices were in compliance with the 2015 edition of the Pharmacopoeia.The content of oleanolic acid,ursolic acid and chlorogenic acid was higher than that of traditional C.speciose slices.Conclusion:The quality of fresh-cut C.speciose slices is better than that of traditional C.speciose slices.It is feasible to integrate the processing and production of C.speciose,It can provide a basis for the national medicine C.speciose to develop quality standards suitable for local production and processing.
