北京市城区居民对禽流感认知态度的调查

目的]了解北京市城区居民对禽流感的认知态度。方法]采用多阶段概率抽样的方法，对北京市8个城区居民进行了电话调查。结果]有83、30％的北京市城区居民知道政府公布了我国有人得了禽流感。电视和报纸是禽流感知识的主要传播途径。北京市城区居民中50-59岁年龄段的人对禽流感认知得分高于青年人（P〈0．05）。大学学历的人比初中以下学历的人对禽流感认知得分高（P〈0．05）。企事业单位的人比其他职业的人对禽流感也有较高的认知（P〈0．05）。80、81％的北京市城区居民认为政府公布的禽流感信息是真实的。79．84％认为是及时的，87、37％不担心自己得禽流感。结论]北京市城区居民对禽流感有一定的认知，政府对禽流感的透明度和电视等媒体的宣传，能降低社会对禽流感的恐慌，有利于控制禽流感的发生和发展。

Investigation on the Knowledge and Attitude to the Avian Influenza of Urban Residents of Beijing City

Objective]To understand the knowledge and attitude to the avian influenza of urban residents in Beijing city.Methods]Multistage probability Sampling was carried out in telephone investigation,resulting of questionnaire being applied in 26o residents from 8 district in Beijing.Results]83.30% urban residents knowed someone had gotten the avian influenza in our country that government announced.Televisions and newspapers were main routes of transmission of avian influenza knowledge.50-59 years old resident of recognition scores is higher than young people and the more educational level,the more scores(P<0.05).The residents working in enterprise had more scores than the other occupations' people(P<0.05).80.81% urban residents believed the information of the government announced were true and 79.84% believed those were in time.87.37% urban residents didn't worry about getting the avian influenza.Conclusion]The urban residents of Beijing city had the unvarying level about the avian influenza. The informations' opening was in favour of reducing the avian influenza's panics of the populace and preventing and controlling the occurrence and development of avian influenza.
