| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较立止血 (血凝酶 )与巴曲亭在妇科手术中减少失血的作用。方法 :选择 5 0例妇科择期子宫切除手术患者 ,年龄4 9岁～ 6 2岁 ,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ ,无明显肝肾及凝血功能障碍 ,随机分为两组 ,实验组立止血组 ,对照组巴曲亭组 ,每组各 2 5例。两组采用切皮前静注及肌注各 1单位 ,术毕称量纱块重量变化 ,并测量引流瓶出血量 ,及术前、术后 2 4h的Hb值。结果 :两组术毕出血量 :立止血组为 (2 0 0± 16 3)ml,巴曲亭组为 (2 97± 13 4 )ml,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两组患者术毕血红蛋白 (Hb)值立止血组 (11 8± 0 7)g L ,巴曲亭组 (10 2± 0 6 )g L ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :立止血减少术中出血的作用明显强于巴曲亭

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: Comparison the hemostatic efficacy of Reptilase and Baqut used in gynecology operations. METHODS:Divided 50 cases of abdominal panhysterectomy into two groups randomly. The experimental group used Reptilase. The control group used Baqut. Observed the bleeding volume and hemoglobulin contents before and after operations. RESULTS:The bleeding volume used of Reptilase group was significantly less than that of the control group ( P <0 05). Hemoglobulin contents used of Reptilase group was significantly better than that of the control group( P <0 05). CONCLUSION:Reptilase is more significantly effective in preventing and treating bleeding than Baqut. |
