| 摘 要： | 目的为了解本市布氏菌病人、畜间感染情况,防止疫情蔓延,为布氏菌病防治提供依据。方法采用血清学及流行病学调查方法,对重点人群及牲畜进行布氏菌病检测。结果本市布氏菌病疫情稳定,人畜间感染率、发病率均已降低至历史最低水平。结论乌海市布氏菌病控制措施得力,但牛的阳性数增多,应当引起重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the condition of brucellosis infection among human an livestock and prevent epidemic situation spread,and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment.Methods To adopted the methods of serology an epidemiology and detect brucella in the crowd and livestock.Results The epidemic situation of brucellosis is stabilization,the infection rate an incidence rate of brucellosis are reduced to the most low in the history.Conclusions The control measure of brucellosis is effective in WuHai,but we should pay attention to the increase of the infection rate of the cattle. |
