摘    要:目的:研究急性脑梗死时脑磁图听觉诱发磁场(AEFs)的等价电流偶极子(ECD)强度变化的意义。方法:应用脑磁图机对15例急性脑梗死患者进行AEFs检测,AEFs波峰由ECD评估。结果:AEFs的最主要波峰为M100,其ECD位于两侧颞横回,患侧ECD强度减小(P<0.01)。结论:急性脑梗死可使患侧AEFs的ECD强度下降,为评估听觉皮层功能受损提供客观、灵敏的指标。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the significance of alterations in intensity of ECD of auditory evoked magnetic fields by magnetoencephalgraphy(MEG) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Auditory evoked magnetic fields(AEFs) were recorded in 15 cases of acute cerebral infarction by magnetoencephalgraphy.The peak of AEFs was estimated by equivalent current dipole(ECD).Results:M100 was the most prominent components of AEFs.It raised from the area close to posterior Heschl's gyrus.The intensity of ECD was smaller in the affected hemisphere(P<0.01).Conclusions:The intensity of ECD in AEFs could be reduced in the affected hemisphere of acute cerebral infarction,serving as an objective and sensitive indexes for evaluating the function of auditory cortex in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
