益气通络胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛30例

目的观察益气通络胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（以下简称冠心病）心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将60例糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组。对照组30例子硝酸异山梨酯片10mg，每日3次1：7服，治疗组30例在对照组基础上加用益气通络胶囊5粒，每日3次口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后中医证候，心绞痛发作次数、持续时间，心电图，血糖水平。结果①心绞痛治疗组总有效率96．7％，对照组总有效率46．7％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组；②中医证候治疗组有效率为90％，对照组有效率为53．33％；2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组；心电图治疗组有效率为86．67％，对照组有效率为50％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论益气通络胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。

Effect of Yiqitongluo capsule on the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To study the effect of Yiqitongluo capsule on the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease and angina peetoris. Methods Sixty - four patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. Cases in the control group were treated by isosorbide dinitrate. Patients in the treatment group were treated by combination of Yiqitongluo capsule （5 pills, thrice a day） and isosorbide dinitrate. The therapeutic course was a month in two groups. Syndrome of TCM, angina pectoris attacks times, persistence time, ECG and blood sugar level were observed. Results The total effective rate of improvement of angina pectoris in the treatment group （96.7%） was higher than that in the control group （46.7%, P 〈0.05）. The improvement of ECG： The total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and 50% in control group with significant difference. The effective rate of syndrome of TCM in treatment group （90. 00% ） was higher than that in control group （ 53.33%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yiqitongluo capsule has precise effect on the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
