| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨螨类对肺部的致病性及其病理变化。方法:用活、死粉尘螨类和粉尘接种家兔肺部,对其进行定期血液、X线胸片、螨类抗体水平和常规病理组织学观察。结果:活、死螨类组螨类抗体水平增高,粉尘组未见增高;活、死螨类和粉尘3组血液、X线胸片、病理组织学改变相似,但程度不一、时间变化不同。结论:活、死螨类进入肺部可引起相同的变化,有致病性。螨类肺部感染是从急性炎症反应逐步演变为慢性炎症反应的免疫病理反应过程。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the pathogenicity of mites on the lungs of rabbits.Methods: Histopathogenic changes were observed by blood,X-ray,and antibody level examinations on the rabbits inoculated with live,dead mites,and dust.Results: Except the dust inoculating group,the antibody level increased in the two grougs of live and dead mite,with similar histopathogenic changes but with different degrees and times.Conclusion: The similar acute and chronic pathogenic changes are observed in rabbits inoculated with live or dead mites.Both live and dead mites are pathogenic to the lungs of the experimental rabbits. |
