甲硝唑片薄膜包衣制备及稳定性研究

摘    要:目的:考察甲硝唑片薄膜包衣的稳定性,为片剂包衣选择提供参考。方法:采用薄膜机对甲硝唑片包被薄膜包衣,并考察其增重效应及在高湿、高温、高光条件下的稳定性,考察薄膜包衣的性能,并与相同规格的糖衣片进行比较。结果:薄膜包衣片增重效应为5%,糖衣片增重效应为31%。薄膜包衣片增重效应低于糖包衣片,薄膜包衣片光、热、湿稳定性优于糖包衣片。结论:薄膜包与糖包衣相比,增重效应不明显,具有更好地稳定性。

Abstract:Objective: To inspect the stability of arilin with film coated Tablets, and provide reference for selection of coating. Methods: coated the Arilin Tablets with film coating, and inspected stability of Arilin with film coated Tablets on high light, high temperature and high humidity conditions and contrasted to sugar coated Tablets. Results: Ratio of weight increasing was 5% in film coated Tablets, it was 31% in sugar coated Tablets, the ratio of weight increasing was lower in film coated Tablets, the stability of film coated Tablets on high light, high temperature and high humidity conditions was preferable to sugar coated Tablets. Conclusion: The ratio of weight increasing was obsolete of film coated Tablets, and had superordinary stability.
