| 摘 要： | 探讨环孢素A治疗再生障碍性贫血(AA)的临床疗效及副作用。方法：环孢素A(CsA)联合十一酸睾酮治疗再生障碍性贫血15例，并与同期单用十一酸睾酮治疗的16例AA进行对比，按全国统一疗效标准评价疗效，并用甲基纤维素培养法观察治疗前后骨髓造血祖细胞的变化。结果：单用十一酸睾酮组有效率56．2％，联合用药组有效率80．0％，治疗后有效者中集落产率较治疗前有所恢复，CsA的副作用较轻，不影响治疗。结论：CsA联合十一酸睾酮治疗AA疗效高于单用十一酸睾酮。

| Abstract: | Objective : To observe the effect of CsA on the treatment of AA.Methods:15 cases of AA were treated with testosterone undecanoate or CsA and testosterone undecanoate .Result:the response rate of CsA and testosterone undecanoate group (80.0%) was higher than that of testosterone undecanoate group (56.2%),the bone marrow colony-forming-cell number of the responding patients was partly recovered,the side effect of CsA was slight.Conclusion:the response rate of testosterone undecanoate and CsA was higher than that of testosterone undecanoate,the use of CsA was safe. |
