| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定金明和胃胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法采用DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(50:50)(每100mL中加十二烷基硫酸钠0.4g,再以磷酸调节pH值为4.0),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为345nm,进样量10μL。结果盐酸小檗碱在9.95799.57μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0);平均加样回收率为99.71%,RSD=0.99%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法测定金明和胃胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量,简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jinming Hewei Capsules. Methods A Diamonsil C18 column（250mmx4.6mm, 5μm）was used at 30℃ with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （50：50） , with 0.4 g sodium dodecyl sulfate per 100 mL and phosphoric acid to adjust pH value of 4.0. The flow rate was 1.0 mLminl,the detection wavelength was 345nm, and the injection volume was 10pL. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 9.957-99.57ggomL-1（r=l.000 0） with the average recovey of 99.71% （RSD=0.99%, n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible in the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jinming Hewei Capsules. |
