紫地合剂的薄层鉴别研究

摘    要:目的建立紫地合剂的薄层鉴别方法。方法优化展开剂、显色剂、点样量等色谱条件,考察薄层板、温度与湿度等因素,建立紫地合剂的薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果最佳方法为:以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸(3∶2∶1)为展开剂,1%三氯化铁乙醇溶液为显色剂,点样量为供试品溶液4μL、对照品溶液2μL;该方法对不同薄层板、温度及湿度的适应性良好。结论方法操作简便、专属性强、耐用性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the TLC identification method for Zidi mixture. Methods According to the optimization of developing solvent, chromogenic agent, dropping amount, and the investigation of TLC plate, temperature, relative humidity, TLC method for Zidi mixture has established. Results The best conditions were as follow: methylbenzene-acetoacetate-glacial acetic acid (3 : 2 : 1)as developing solvent, and l%FeC13 ethanol solution as chromogenic agent; The optimum dropping amounts of the sample and the control were 4 and 2 microlitres;TLC plate, temperature and relative humidity had no influence to the results. Conelusion The method is simple, specific and durable. It can be used for the quality control of Zidi mixture.
