延胡索川芎配伍对延胡索乙素含量的动态影响

摘    要:目的研究延胡索川芎配伍后对延胡索乙素含量的动态变化规律,探讨中药配伍的合理性。方法以延胡索乙素为指标,用HPLC法测定,采用正交试验方法确定提取两药配伍后延胡索乙素的最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺为川芎延胡索药粉比例1:1,甲醇—氨水(20:1),冷浸1h,提取1h。结论在最佳工艺条件下,随着延胡索和川芎总量的增大,延胡索乙素的含量有下降的趋势。

Abstract:Objective To research the compatibility of Corydalis with Chuanxiong on the dynamic change of tetrahydropulmatine for regulation of Chinese crude drug compatibility and discuss the rationality. Methods The content of tetrahydropulmatine was detemined by HPLC .The extraction condition of Corydalis with Chuanxiong was optimized by orthogonal design.Results The optimum extraction conditions was as follows: methanol - ammonia (20:1) ,cold soak for lh, extract for lh.Conclusion The tetrahydropulmatine content decreased at the optimum conditions.
