| 摘 要： | 目的以连云港云台山野葛根为研究对象,研究葛根中葛根素的分离纯化。方法采用大孔吸附树脂柱分离纯化葛根总黄酮。以硅胶柱层析对洗脱部位进行了分离纯化,以及重结晶技术得葛根素晶体。采用TLC、HPLC、IR、熔点等方法对得到的晶体进行结构鉴定。结果得到较高纯度的葛根素单体,经HPLC法测定,该葛根素结晶的纯度为96%。结论本论文的葛根素单体制备方法操作简便、可靠、可行,可用于野葛资源中葛根素单体的分离纯化。

| Abstract: | Objective Study on extraction, separation and purification of puerarin from Radix Puerariae in Yuntaishan Lianyungang. Methods Type AB-8 macroporous resin and silica gel column chromatography were done for the separation and purification of total flavonoids, the method of re-crystallization was used to crystallize them, and the TLC, HPLC, IR, melting point was used to identify the crystal＇s structure which has been gained. Results Puerarin with higher purity was got and the purity was reached 96% determined by HPLC method. Conclusion The method was simple, reliable and feasible, and it could be used to separate and purificate the puerarin monomer. |
