摘    要:目的优选复方蛇床子搽剂的醇提工艺,提高复方蛇床子搽剂的质量。方法以复方蛇床子搽剂中的醇浸出物的量和蛇床子素的含量为考察指标。采用正交试验法以乙醇浓度、加乙醇量、浸渍时间及渗漉速度,考察复方蛇床子搽剂的醇提工艺。结果最佳工艺为用11倍量的80%乙醇浸渍72h后,以5mL·min-1·kg-1的速度渗漉。结论该工艺合理可行、结果稳定性好,可保证制剂的质量。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the alcohol extraction process of compound common cnidium fruit liniment to improve the quality of compound common cnidium fruit liniment. Methods The optimal alcohol extraction of compound common cnidium fruit liniment was investigated by the orthogonal experiment .It is with osthole content and alcohol extract quantity as the evaluation indexes in this study. The optimal extraction condition consisted of the ethanol concentration, ethanol content, dipping time and diacolation velocity. Results The optimal extraction were as follows: ll-fold of 80% ethanol, impregnating for 72h with the speed of 5mLomin-iokg1 percolation. Conclusion The optimized process is feasible and the results have good stability, which can be used to guarantee the quality of the preparation.
