手术治疗三踝骨折 35 例临床分析

目的：探讨三踝骨折的受伤机制、手术冶疗方法，从而提高三踝骨折的手术疗效。方法：对35例三踝骨折采取手术切开复位内固定治疗进行临床分析。结果：35例均获得随访，时间9~18月，平均14．7月。无1例发生内固定物断裂，骨折均愈合，骨折愈合时间3-6月，平均4．5月。根据Baird--Jacksorl系统进行疗效评定，优20例，良13例，差2例。优良率94％。结论：准确的分型、精确的解剖复位、稳定的内固定、早期合理的踝关节功能锻炼是临床治疗三踝骨折的最佳方法。

Clinical analysis of surgical treatment of 35 cases of trimalleolar fracture

Objective： To explore the surgical treatment of trimalleolar fracture, so as to improve the therapeutic effect. Methods： 35 cases of trimalleolar fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. Results 35 cases were followed up for 9 - 18 months, average 14.7 months. No breakage of internal fixation was found. All the fractures healed, healing time 3-6 months, average 4.5 months. According to Baird. Jackson system for assessment of efficacy, 20 cases were excellent, 13 cases good and 2 cases poor. The excellent and good rate was 94%. Conclusion： Accurate typing, precise anatomic reduction, stable fixation, early functional exercise of ankle joint are the optimal methods for the reasonable clinical treatment of trimalleolar fracture.
