手术室舒适护理模式对老年股骨头置换患者心理及心率的影响

目的：观察分析手术室舒适护理模式对老年股骨头置换患者的心理情绪及心率的影响。方法：选取60例老年股骨头置换患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采用手术室常规护理模式，观察组采用舒适护理模式。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价心理状况，监捌并观察麻醉前及麻醉后心率波动范围，比较上述指标在2组患者中的差异，分析2种护理模式的效果。结果：2组患者术前1dSAS和SDS评分无显著性差异，在不同护理模式下均顺利完成手术，术中未出现大出血、骨水泥漏等严重并发症。观察组麻醉前及麻醉完全苏醒后心率波动范围的差值电显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），术后1d观察组患者SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：手术室舒适护理模式可降低患者术后的焦虑、抑郁等负性心理情绪，可避免术前及术后患者心率波动范围过大，维持心率稳定。

The influence of operation room cozy nursing mode on psychology and heart rate of elder patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement

Objective： To observe the influence of operation room cozy nursing mode on psychology and heart rate of elder patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement. Methods： 60 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received cozy nursing. The psychological state was evaluated by SAS and SDS and heart rate variation was monitored before and after anesthesia; then compared between two groups. Results： The comparison of SAS and SDS between two groups in the day before operation had no statistical significance. All patients underwent the operation successfully without serious complications. The heart rate variety in the observation group was lower than the control group, and the SAS, SDS after operation in the observation group were lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The comfortable nursing intervention could improve psychological conditions, also could avoid the variety of heart rate in elder patients with artificial femoral head replacement in the perioperation period.
