在校大学生中慢性扁桃体炎患者及非患者的健康状况调查

目的：了解在校大学生生存质量状况及慢性扁桃体炎发病情况，并探讨该疾病对生存质量的影响。方法：任泸州医学院随机抽取350名本科在校生为调查对象，使用中文版SF-36（the short form-36 health survey）量表采集问卷调查。结果：抽取样本中大学生总体生存质量得分为73．76±12．83，躯体健康总评分为81．72±13．20，精神健康总评分为65．79±16．03，抽取佯本中慢性扁桃体炎的患病率为23．51％，患有慢性扁桃体炎学生与健康对照组比较生存质量差异无统计学意义。结论：调查大学生总体生存质量评分均较高，躯体健康状况优干精神健康状况，慢性扁桃体炎对大学生人群生存质量无明显的负面影响。

Health survey of college students with and without chronic tonsillitis

Objective： To survey and compare the chronic tonsillitis. Methods： A sample of 350 students in status of quality of life of college students with and without Luzhou Medical College undergraduate campus was randomly drawn as investigation object, and the Chinese version of the short form-36 health survey scale was used as questionnaire. Results： The overall score of quality of life was 73.76 ± 12.83 , in which the physical component summary score was 81.72 ± 13.20, while the mental component summary score was 65.79 ± 16.03. The prevalence of chronic tonsillitis in the sample was 23.51%. There was no statistically significant difference between the quality of life in chronic tonsillitis group and in healthy control. Conclusion： The overall score of quality of life in college students was relatively high, the summary score of mental component is lower than that of physical component. Chronic tonsillitis has no obvious negative impact on the quality of life in college students.
