| 摘 要： | 目的了解新护士的专业认知状况,为医院护理部制订规范化培训计划提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,调查98名新护士对护理专业及基础护理的认知状态。结果 95.92%新护士对护理专业的前景看好,100%的新护士认为基础护理重要,95.91%的新护士愿意从事基础护理工作。结论新毕业的护士对护理专业有较强的认同感,能够认识基础护理的重要性并愿意从事基础护理工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore new nurses' career cognition,in order to provide references for making standardized training plans.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 98 new nurses' cognition on nursing profession and basic nursing.Results The 95.92 percent of the new nurses thought that the nursing specialty had a good perspective,all the new nurses thought that basic nursing was important,95.91 percent of the new nurses were willing to engage in basic nursing work.Conclusions The new nurses... |
