| 摘 要： | 目的通过设立专职护士加强腹膜透析患者的教育和管理,提高腹膜透析患者的社会回归。方法由专职护士负责门诊腹膜透析患者包括体液控制、饮食指导、运动康复、心理辅导、并发症的预防、就诊指导等方面的教育和管理,观察管理前后腹膜透析患者社会回归及相关因素的变化。结果腹膜透析患者的社会回归程度明显好转,影响社会回归的相关因素如容量负荷问题、营养状态等得到明显改善。结论设专职护士加强腹膜透析患者的教育和管理,可有效促进腹膜透析患者社会回归,提高他们的生活质量。
