| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对颌面部肿瘤患者的心理分析及相应的心理调节，提高颌面部肿瘤手术治疗效果。方法随机选择50例颌面部肿瘤患者病人用Zung自我评定焦虑量表（SAS）与抑郁自评表（SDS）分析并与50例非手术病人比较（P〈0．05），同时给予适宜的心理治疗。结果实验组PSAS总分49．66±1．73，SDS总分49．36±l，85；对照组PSAS总分33．44±1．23，SDS总分32．63±1．96；两组比较P〈0．05。结论颌面部肿瘤患者术前存在明显心理反应，心理治疗可提高手术成功率并有助于提高病人的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the psychic reaction and psychotherapy of the maxiUofacial region surgery patients for increasing the operative effect. Metthods Analysis and psychotherapy for 50 patients with Zung （SAS and SDS） was conducted and was compared with that of the non - operative ones. Results For the test group, PSAS is 49.66± 1.73, SDS is 49.36± 1.85. For the control group, PSAS is 33.44 ±1.23, SDS is 32.63± 1.96, and P〈 0.05. Conclusion Psychotherapy may increase the operative effect and the survival quality. |
