| 摘 要： | 急性心肌梗塞后左室重构形态与左室收缩功能密切相关，但与左室舒张功能的关系尚未建立。应用二维切面及多普勒超声心动图研究了左定形态与充盈参数的关系。结果表明，左室偏心指数与左室舒张早晚期最大血流速度比值、血流速度时间积分比值及心房充盈分数呈强相关。提示AMI后左室重构形态与舒张充盈功能有关。

| Abstract: | Left venreicular remodeling shape is an independent predictor of exercise capacity in patientswith AMI. To test the relation between left ventricular shape and LV diastolic filling,64 patients with AMIunderwent two - dimensional and Doppler echocardiography. The results: LV eccentricity index at end -systole correlated strongly with the ratio lf early to late peak inflow velocity(r= 0. 538, p<0.001),the ratioof early to late flow velocity integrals (r = 0. 635, p<0.001)and atrial filling fraction (r = -0 . 680, p<0.001 ). Conclusion: LV remodeling shape appenrs to be an important deterninant of filling patterns in patientswith AMI. |
