平板运动试验中有症状和无症状心肌缺血与冠状动脉造影对照分析

为了比较运动诱发的有症状心肌缺血和无症状心肌缺血（SMI）患者的平板运动心电图（EET）特点及提高对SMI的认识，对64例有冠脉病变且EET阳性患者（有症状组34例，无症状组30例）的EET各参数与冠脉造影结果对照分析。结果显示：无症状组的平均运动时间及达预计最大心率的百分比明显大于有症状组；而最大ST段下移程度却明显小于有症状组。无症状组的一支冠脉病变明显多于有症状组，而二支及三支冠脉病变却显著小于有症状组。提示无症状组冠脉病变范围轻，心脏作功能好，有症状组心肌缺血程度重。

Comparative Analysis between Endeictic and Asymptomatic Myocardial Ischemia against Coronary Artery Contrast Examination in Platy Movement Test Experiment

For a comparison between the characteristicsof exercise induced silent myocardial ischemia (SMI) on theplaty movement electrocardiogram (EET) for the patients, soto enhance the understanding of SMI, the EET parameters aswell as the results of EET- positive coronary arteriographs of64 arteria coronaria cases were compared and analysed, from34 endeictic cases and 30 asymptomatic cases. The resultsshowed that the maximun heart rate of the asymptomaticgroup are obviously higher than those of the endeictic group,while their maximum ST section decreasing degrees are evidently lower than those of the latter. The single coronalybranch lesions of the symptomatic group are much more thanthose of the endeictic group but those of double and triplebranch lesions of this group are much fewer than those of theother group. These indicated that the asymptomatic grouppatients suffer with a minor range of arteria coronaria lesion andtheir hearts function well, while the patients of the endeicticgroup hold a higher morbility rate of myocardial ischemia.
