摘    要:近年来一种新型的高效运输载体—蛋白质转导结构(proteintransductiondo-mains,PTDs)或称细胞穿膜肽(cellpenetrat-ingpeptides,CPPs)介导的细胞转运备受瞩目。该方法是以一些特殊蛋白质中的一小段氨基酸序列为载体的有效运输系统,能穿透细胞膜、细胞核膜,携带肽、蛋白质和DNA分子等进入胞质和胞核发挥生物效应,具有高效性、不须耗能或通过受体转运的特点,为提高靶细胞在体内外的基因转移效率和蛋白质表达提供了一个高效、简便的方法。

Abstract:Protein transduction domains (PTDs) or cell penetrating peptides (CPPs) as an efficient transportation vector are being interested in recently. They are comprised of short-peptides sequences derived from the transduction domains of certain proteins and can cross the cell and nucleus membrane through a receptor-independent, energy-independent and non-endocytic mechanism. These cell-permeable molecules have been used as'Trojan horses' to introduce biologically active cargo molecules such as peptides, proteins, or DNA into cells. They have developed a high efficient and simple method to increase gene delivery and thus protein expression, in target cells in vitro and in vivo.
