腔镜下甲状腺手术并发症临床分析(附23例报告)

目的 探讨腔镜下甲状腺手术并发症的特点及防治方法.方法 回顾总结23例腔镜下甲状腺手术的临床效果和并发症发生情况.结果 平均手术时间138 min,因出血转开放式手术2例,术后胸前有皮肤发紧不适感8例,皮下气肿1例,皮下瘀斑3例,甲状旁腺损伤1例.23例均无喉上、喉返神经损伤.结论 腔镜下甲状腺手术的并发症具有其自己的规律和特点,严格控制手术适应证,掌握其并发症的特点和防治措施,完善相应的围手术期处置,对于减少和预防其并发症的发生具有重要意义.

Clinical analysis of complications in endoscopic thyroidectomy (report of 23 cases)

[Objective] To evaluate the characters and the preventive methods of endoscopic thyroidectomy complications. [Methods] 23 cases of endoscopic thytoidectomy were observed to analysis the clinical effects and complications. [Results] The averaged operative time was 138 minutes. 2 cases were transferred to open operation because of bleeding. 8 cases chest discomfort, 1 case subcutaneous emphysema, 3 cases ecchymosis, 1 case parathyroid injury and no nerve injury was found. [Conclusion] Compared with traditional operation, the complications in endoscopic thytoidectomy have particular characteristics. Being aware of their characteristics, keeping strict operation indications control and performing proper perioperative treatment are important to prevent and reduce the complications.
