妇女病普查7038例结果分析

目的 掌握和了解佛山市高明地区妇女常见病、多发病情况。方法 以普查的形式于2001年对高明区7038名妇女进行了妇科病、乳腺病普查。结果 应查已婚至60岁妇女数10325人,实查7038人,普查率68.16％。7038人中查出患各种妇科病人数3238人,患病率为46.02％。妇科疾病前四位是宫颈炎、阴道炎、附件炎、子宫肌瘤,其构成分别是43.90％、40.73％、5.03％、1.02％,7038例中患乳腺疾病者350人,患病率为4.97％,乳腺疾病主要以乳腺增生为主,占94.57％。其次是纤维瘤,占4.80％;乳腺癌占0.63％。结论 本地区妇女常见病是宫颈炎、阴道炎、附件炎、子宫肌瘤、乳腺纤维瘤。乳腺疾病中以乳腺增生为主。妇幼保健工作者应加强妇女卫生宣教,广泛宣传防病治病知识及乳腺疾病自检方法。做好妇女五期保健,增强生殖自然防御能力,以降低生殖道炎症患病者。

RESULTS AND ANALYSIS OF GYNECOPATHY SCREENING IN 7038 WOMEN

Objective To find out the situation of gynecologic commonly and frequently encountered diseases of women in Gaoming district of Foshan municipal. Methods In 2001, a screening of gynecopathy and mastosis underwent among 7038 women in Gaoming district. Results There were 10325 women from marriage to 60 years old under screening, but practically 7038 had been examined, account for 68.16%. Among them were discovered 3238 patients with a variety of gynecopathy; the sickness rate was 46.02%. The first 4 gynecopathy were cervieitis, vaginitis, annexitis and hysteromyoma, account for respectively 43.90%, 40.73%, 5.03% and 1.02%. Among 7038 examined women 350 were discovered with mastosis; the diekness rate was 4.97%. The main disease was hyperplasia, account for 94.67%;the secondary disease was fibroma, 4.80%; mammary cancer 0.63%. Conclusion In this district the commonly encountered gynecopathy are eerveitis, vaginitis, annexitis, hysteromyoma and fibroma of mammary gland. The majority of mastosis is hyperplasia of mammary gland. Mother and child health care staff should enhance women hygiene education, extensively spread the knowledge of sick prevention and treatment, as well as self- examination of mastesis, do the best of 5 period women health care, to boost up natural prevention ability of reproduction, to decrease patients with inflammation of reproductive canal.
