| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究龙眼参对机体氧自由基的清除作用。方法 :采用分光光度法检测龙眼参对超氧阴离子自由基 (O2· -)和羟自由基(·OH)的清除及抑制作用。结果 :龙眼参3 0g/ml在体外对·OH的清除率为28 4 % ;龙眼参1 5g、3 0g、6 0g/ml对O2· -的清除率分别为44 1 %、63 0 %和47 9 % ,对O2· -的抑制率分别为48 9 %、58 9 %和67 5 %。结论 :龙眼参对O2· -具有显著的清除及抑制作用 (P<0.01) ,对·OH也有一定的清除作用 (P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the scavenging action of Longyanshen on O2 ·- and · OH.METHODS:Spectrophotometry (wavelength 322nm and 536nm)was used to detect the effects of Longyanshen upon O2 ·- and·OHRESULTS:Longyanshen in concentration of 30g/ml could reduce the level of·OH by 284%,and Longyanshen in concentrations of 15g/ml,30g/ml and 60g/ml could decrease the levels of O2 ·- by 441%,630% and 479% and inhibit the generation of O2 ·- by 489%,589%and 675% in vitro,respectivelyCONCLUSION:The results show that Longyanshen could scavenge and inhibit O2 ·- markedly(P<001) and it could scavenge·OH(P<005) as well |
