| 摘 要： | 回顾1988年1月～1997年12月间收治面积>30％重度烧伤病人416例,随机分前后二个5年进行分析,后5年采用伤后5小时内加大,加快补液,注重预防性广谱抗生素的应用及维护脏器功能,并采用早期切(?)自体微粒皮移植。结果表明:后5年败血症,毒血症发生率明显下降,治愈率显著提高。

Retrospective Study of 416 Cases Severe Bnrn Treatment Fhre Years before and Five Yean ago |

| Abstract: | 416 patients with severe burn scoring surface >30% were treated during 1988 to 1997 who were divided into two groups: five years before and five years ago. Latter group was treated with rapid and large infusion, prophylactic antibiotics and prophylaxis of poor functions of organs. In addition early incising crust and transplanting minimized granule of self-skin were performed. The results indicated that lowering septicemia and toxemia was obtained and cure rate increased significantly. |
