加味竹叶石膏汤防治急性放射性食管炎的临床研究

目的:观察加味竹叶石膏汤对急性放射性食管炎的防治作用。方法:120例确诊为肺癌、食管癌及纵隔肿瘤并采用放疗的患者随机分为治疗组80例与对照组40例。治疗组自放疗始口服加味竹叶石膏汤(1剂/d,200mL/次,2次/d)至放疗结束。对照组自放疗始口服思密达3g,2次/日,早晚服用,直至放疗结束。两组病例均采用电子直线加速器高能X线常规分割外照射,照射野包括食管在内,放疗总剂量>40Gy,食管照射长度>10cm。结果:治疗组1、2、3级急性放射性食管炎的发生率分别为38.8%、15%、0%;与对照组的75.0%、52.5%、7.5%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组急性放射性食管炎的发生时间为放疗后(19.86±0.34)d,较对照组(16.73±0.28)d延迟(P<0.001)。结论:加味竹叶石膏汤能减少急性放射性食管炎的发病率,推迟发病时间,对急性放射性食管炎有一定的防治作用。
